Before joining FE International, Nate founded Maximum Exit, a boutique M&A advisory firm serving internet and technology-focused founders, and previously advised sellers through Website Closers. Across his advisory work, he has been recognized for combining deep operator empathy with strong deal execution, helping business owners navigate complex transactions that may include strategic buyers, PE-backed acquirers, SBA structures, seller rollovers, earnouts, and lender-managed closings.
