Experience
Marina Vizdoaga brings over a decade of experience across capital allocation, institutional valuation, and deal execution, spanning the full capital lifecycle.
Previously Vice President of Investments at LTV SaaS Growth Fund, where she operated as a capital allocator leading acquisitions of founder-led software businesses and oversaw investments through governance. Her work focused on assessing durability of revenue, pricing power, structural risk, and on structuring transactions that hold through diligence, execution, and post-close performance.
Holds direct ownership of investment decisions and outcomes. Combines buyside execution with a clear view of how institutional buyers underwrite, challenge assumptions, and allocate capital under uncertainty, and applies this directly to positioning, process design, and negotiation to drive outcomes in founder-led exit processes.
Experienced in complex deal environments where valuation, risk, and expectations diverge. Structures transactions to align incentives, preserve downside protection, and maintain integrity through close. Brings depth in software, data, and AI economics, including how cost structure, dependency, and data ownership influence valuation and buyer behavior.
Earlier experience includes Valuation & Capital Markets at BDO USA, advising on institutional valuations across complex and contested transaction scenarios.
