He began his career as a premium domain name broker, completing multiple seven-figure sales and establishing himself as one of the industry’s most experienced digital asset advisors.Allan entered the M&A space in 2005 with eBiz Brokers, now iMerge Advisors in Boston, where he advised founders and owners on exit strategies for ecommerce and online businesses. After his time at iMerge, he continued in an independent advisory role, working with mid-cap companies on leadership, expansion, business development, and sales strategy.Prior to joining FE International, Allan served as an exit advisor at Website Properties, a Washington-based firm specializing in premium domains and online businesses, where he focused on high-value domain names and ecommerce companies valued between $1M and $50M.At FE International, Allan leverages his experience in digital assets and online business transactions to advise founders and owners on exit planning, valuation, and deal execution.
