Ken Kubec

Ken Kubec brings over two decades of experience in corporate development, M&A, and operational leadership. He was one of the earliest employees at Thrasio, serving as Vice President of Acquisitions, where he scaled the acquisitions team and completed more than 200 brand deals. Under his leadership, the company grew from its early stages to over $1 billion in revenue. Ken has also advised and led M&A efforts at Go North Group and OpenStore, focusing on sourcing and executing transactions in the e-commerce and digital sectors. At FE International, he leverages this experience to advise founders and owners on exit planning, valuation, and deal execution.
