What the Deal Hub Is

The Deal Hub is where all active deals related to your listing are organized.

Once a buyer submits an offer and the conversation progresses, a deal is created automatically. Each deal represents a separate negotiation with a specific buyer.

The Deal Hub allows you to manage multiple deals at the same time without losing visibility into where each conversation stands.

Viewing Your Active Deals

From your founder account, you can see:

  • All buyers who currently have access to your listing

  • Deals that are in progress

  • Deals that have moved through different stages

  • Past deal activity

Each deal appears as its own entry and can be opened to view full details.

Understanding Deal Stages

Each deal moves through clearly defined stages as the process advances.

From the transcript, these stages include:

  • Access granted to the buyer

  • Offer submitted

  • Offer accepted

  • Due diligence in progress

The current stage of each deal is visible so you always know what action is required from you.

Viewing Deal Details

When you open a deal, you can see:

  • The buyer involved in the deal

  • The offer terms that were submitted

  • The current deal status

  • A full history of actions taken by both sides

This includes visibility into when offers were sent, accepted, or updated.
