

FE International, proudly announces the appointment of Ken Kubec as Partner, further enhancing the firm's senior leadership and strategic advisory capabilities.
Ken Kubec brings over 20 years of diverse experience in corporate development, M&A, and operational leadership across various sectors. Initially building his career in public market analysis and equity investment, Ken spent more than a decade providing strategic insights and valuation expertise, managing equity portfolios, and advising on financial strategies.
Transitioning to operational and entrepreneurial roles, Ken served as Vice President of Acquisitions at Thrasio, a prominent ecommerce roll-up company. As the eighth employee at Thrasio, he played a pivotal role in scaling the business from $500K in revenue to over $1 billion, leading an acquisitions team that successfully closed over 200 brand acquisitions. During his tenure, Thrasio raised approximately $3.5 billion in capital and became an industry benchmark in Amazon FBA roll-up strategies.
Ken’s expertise extends beyond Thrasio. He has held key roles including Senior Advisor for M&A at Go North Group, an Amazon aggregator driving approximately $100 million in revenue, and Corporate Development and Business Development Lead at OpenStore, focusing on sourcing strategic M&A targets and negotiating high-value transactions.
Additionally, Ken maintains operational leadership as the owner of System4 Southwest Ohio, a recognized facility services management company, and advises ecommerce firms on strategic partnerships and exit opportunities through his role at Swiftline Corp.
